Please read these terms before using nucem.ai. This website is operated by Nucore Software Solutions (P) Ltd. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They cover this website only. Use of the nuCEM product at app.nucem.ai is governed by the agreement signed with Nucore, and for the product that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
What this site is
The content here is published for information about nuCEM. Product screens shown on the site are rebuilt illustrations that use a fictional travel agency: the company, the people, the numbers and the amounts in them are invented, and no customer data appears anywhere on this site.
Features described as coming are not available yet, and naming them is not a commitment to a date.
Accounts and access
nuCEM has no self-serve signup. Accounts are created by an administrator during onboarding, arranged with our team. Nothing on this website creates an account, a subscription or a contract.
Booking a demo
The demo form opens your own mail app and sends us an email. What happens to what you send is described in the privacy policy. Please do not send confidential material, or personal data about other people, through it.
Using the site fairly
You may read, print and share this site. Please do not:
- harvest it automatically, beyond ordinary search-engine crawling
- republish its text, design or code as your own, or reuse them for another product or website
- probe, overload or interfere with the site or the systems behind it
- use it to mislead anyone about who you are or about your relationship with Nucore
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and code, and the product screens it shows, remain the property of Nucore Software Solutions (P) Ltd. and its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. nuCEM, TRAACS, nuTRAACS and Tripmatik are Nucore's. Our names and marks may not be used for another product or service without written permission.
Other product names on this site, among them WhatsApp, Meta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services, belong to their owners and are named only to describe what nuCEM connects to.
Links to other websites
This site links to nucore.in, traacs.in and app.nucem.ai, and names services run by other companies. We do not control a website we do not run, and we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you go there.
Third-party services
WhatsApp is a Meta product, and WhatsApp conversations are billed to you by Meta directly. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect through their own providers under their own terms.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, that it will always be reachable, or that it fits a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is advice, an offer, or a promise about what the product will do for your business.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Nucore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If your use of this website in breach of these terms leads to a claim against Nucore, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Withdrawing access
We may withdraw or restrict access to this website at any time, including where these terms are broken, and the site may change or be taken down without notice.
Governing law
A failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of it. If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
These terms are the whole agreement between us about this website and replace anything said about it before.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When a change is material we say so on this page and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
