Is any AI available today?
Not yet. Reply drafts, thread summaries, auto-extracted lead details, lead scoring, the AI assistant and the MCP connector are on the roadmap and marked Coming soon wherever they appear. What is live today is what they will run on: one request record per enquiry, a database per customer, branch and permission rules enforced server-side, and an audit log.
Will AI act without approval?
Every AI feature is designed with a person in the loop: you send the draft, you can override the score, fields stay editable. The details will be published with each feature.
Which assistants will the MCP connector support?
Any assistant that implements MCP; setup guides will be published at launch; the assistant vendor's own terms and charges apply.
